Having invested heavily in the latest Contact Management technology we are able to develop and maintain strong relationships with these talent pools. Executive Search

Advertised Search
This is a hybrid service which works particularly well in the energy sector. It combines the use of media (web & print) with executive search to ensure that the right candidate is identified from a geographically and culturally diverse talent pool.
This method provides an excellent opportunity for a company to increase their Brand identity and to get a real sense of the current available market either on a regional or global basis.

Selection
We search our own and other sector specific databases to identify a strong shortlist of candidates.
This method is ideally suited to contract or project engineering roles where quick cycle times are critical.
